Gary only “discovered” Resource Management at AWS, but has quickly developed a passion for the career field. He holds an MBA from the University of California, Davis, and a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento. Bob is the Project Delivery Manager for Henny Penny Corporation where he has centralized the Project and Resource Management functions for Enterprise IT, Facilities and Manufacturing. He currently leads the implementation of Resource Management in the New Product Development and Engineering organizations. Bob has more than 15 years of hands-on project management experience in organizations of various sizes and has led complex business projects as well as the development of PMOs in various companies. Bob holds an MBA from Wright State University and a BS in Decision Science from Miami University. Kimberly is the Director, Americas Resource and Skills Management at Dell EMC. Kimberly’s team spans North America, South America and India. She has been with Dell EMC for approximately 12 years and has held several positions including Project Management, Residency Management and Technical Delivery Management. Kimberly holds an MBA from Averett University, a BS in Dietetics from Virginia Tech, and is RMCP® and PMP certified. Executing upon the company’s strategy and identified Resource Management initiatives, optimizing utilization via proper bench management, driving backlog, partner management, meeting Dell EMC internal/external stakeholder expectations, as well as honoring and promoting Dell EMC Culture Code are what drive her and her team every day.

Ryan is the Training Practice Leader for RTM Consulting with over 15 years of experience in strategy, operations, delivery and management in technology services. He has led teams responsible for enterprise software implementations, training development and delivery, custom development and managed services. He also shares his deep knowledge in Resource Management as a master instructor for the RMI’s RMCP® certification program. Ryan holds an MS in Information and Communication Sciences and BS in Management from Ball State University.

With over 10 years’ experience in HR, and a further 10 years’ experience in Consulting, Cindy’s background in change management, employee relations and leadership support position her as an effective RM leader to drive RM maturity in her organization. Currently Cindy and her team are focused strategically on improving and aligning resource management processes globally. In this role she is responsible for management and oversight of resourcing for all GreenPages professional services engagements, utilization of internal consultants, and management of GreenPages’ virtual bench and partner network. In 2013, Mike was a founding member of CIC’s Resource Management Office, where he helped establish standard operating procedures, a service suite and service level agreements. He currently manages a group of managers and officers and has responsibility for approximately 400 IT associates. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati in addition to numerous certifications across the insurance, IT, resource management and communications industries.

He has led professional services and enterprise IT project delivery organizations for over 25 years, supporting clients from aerospace, DOD, finance, and technology industries. Lloyd believes that people are the key to delivering value and mitigating risk for any business initiative. Scott is Vice President, Services Talent at Ceridian. In his role, Scott focuses on building talent development strategies and programs for Ceridian’s Services professionals across the globe in North America, United Kingdom, Australia and Mauritius. Molly is a resource capacity management professional currently consulting at Upsher-Smith Laboratories, LLC, where she supports the product development and operations organizations. Molly specializes in the theory and application of topics such as skills inventory, demand forecasting, capacity planning, and process governance in complex project environments.
