The third annual Resource Management Global Symposium further builds on the foundations made during the past two Symposiums in 2018 and 2019. A rapidly changing labor market and uncertain industry conditions, in addition to continued pressure for delivering high quality and cost-effective services and products, make getting the right person with the right skills in the right place at the right time essential. The third annual Symposium will provide opportunities to:

Learn both fundamentals and advanced practices in Resource Management
Collaborate with industry peers, RM process experts and service automation technology providers
Innovate with the very latest in RM research, best practices and technology

Our theme for the 2021 Symposium is Future Proofing Resource Management. The theme recognizes the growing acceptance of good resource management discipline and therefore the need to build sustainable capabilities to take the enterprise into the future. The 2021 Symposium will again be expanded and enhanced with more content choices, advanced topics for more experienced resource management professionals, and expanded networking opportunities with industry peers. The Symposium will continue to include participation from PSA/PPM vendors with solutions for resource management. Symposium content is relevant to any project-based service delivery organization and is specifically targeting participants with external customers (e.g. Professional/Consulting Services and Marketing and Creative Agencies) and internal customers (Enterprise/IT and Product Development).
